I went today to Hank Mays because I was having an issue with my tire. A previous tire place (not Hank Mays) had put a sealant around the tire and wheel because there was some leakage. The problem was, the previous place had also blocked the gauge and I wasn't able to put air in the tire or to take the tire pressure. And I was getting messages on the dash that the pressure in the tire was too low. In any case, I called Hank Mays, they answered the phone, and told me I could come in before 3. I arrived around 230 and they took the car right away, fixed the blockage and didn't charge me anything. How lovely!!! While I was there, I also got my car inspected and they did a quick job on that too. Everyone was super friendly. I was 100% pleased with the service I got. And, they have a spacious waiting area with a tv and lots of magazines. I highly recommend Hank Mays. I had a great experience there and am grateful!!

Today, I went to Hank Mays in Stamford. And again there was Richie hard at work. I asked him about an issue with my vehicle and within 5 minutes he resolves the issue. I only the hope that the Principal owner recognizes Richie for his expertise. GOOD people who are dedicated are to find.

Its hard to find a shop that you can trust to do honest work/pricing on your car. Today I can say I will be using this business going forward. I had a ton of work done on my car and thanks to John at the front desk and the employees who worked on my car I can say I have never felt more comfortable and taken care of. Not only did John clearly explain what my car needed but he did in the friendliest manner possible. He made me feel like family on my first visit. As i waited for my car to be ready i was able to relax comfortably on their couches while watching tv and i even enjoyed a complimentary cup of coffee while i waited. I have no doubt that i will be using these guys going forward and i will recommend them to everyone.

I just had the Goodyear Assurance Weather ready tires put on my 2011 Subaru Forester - and they are absolutely amazing! Best this car has ever driven! Mike, Mike and Matt are just wonderful to deal with. I've been a customer for years, and will continue. Great team, great products, professional service.
